It is somewhat confusing at first, but after learning the program it is very helpful and convenient to use! I enjoy all of the different options regarding the tools to fill out a PDF, for me it was a rental application for an apartment that i needed to fill out. The one thing I did not like is that after i had filled out my entire application via the pdffiller app, i could not e-mail the pdf until i paid for a plan. Somewhat disappointing, but regarding the program it is a good one.

Impressive features and easy to use. My only gripe is that there appears to be no way of changing the date function to day/month/year, but it's just as easy to enter the date manually

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

I struggled a bit when the form was completed because I failed to see where the "Print" button was located, but a rep from Customer Care (Paul) helped me and I was all set. Looking forward to exploring and using the PDF filler site frequently.

Signed up for this service in the middle of a Crisis and ultimately didnt need the service, But failed to cancel it. When I contacted the company, they immediately refunded the money without a hassle; I appreciate that kind of integrity.

Overall, it's an excellent piece of software to utilize in your business or for personal document editing needs.
Allows for easy and quick editing of pdf forms so I can collaborate, sign, fax and send documents to team members and clients. Very helpful.
I have not any cons with the use of this software thus far, it's done everything i've asked of it with ease.

What can make a lease invalid?
In addition to the basic conditions, leases that require tenants to waive their rights to their security deposit or to sue the landlord are considered invalid and unenforceable. Leases also must not contain language that absolves the landlord from their obligation to keep the property safe and habitable.
What can void a lease agreement?
A lease is automatically void when it is against the law, such as a lease for an illegal purpose. In other circumstances, like fraud or duress, a lease can be declared void at the request of one party but not the other.
What makes a tenancy agreement void?
The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations make any clause which is 'unfair' null and void in a court of law. So if a term or condition of the tenancy agreement is giving either party less than their statutory rights, then it can't be enforced, and it won't hold up in a court of law.
How do you void a lease?
Step 1 Make Sure You Have a Legal Basis. Step 2 Write a Notice of Cancellation. Step 3 Keep Good Records. Step 4 Reach an Agreement with Your Landlord.
What happens when your lease is terminated?
A termination is the landlord ending the rental agreement and asking the tenant to vacate the rental unit. A tenant can have their tenancy terminated and move out without being evicted. An eviction is the actual court process and lawsuit to have a tenant removed from the property if they fail to leave.
How can I get out of a rental agreement?
Break clause. You may be able to end your tenancy early if the contract includes a break clause. Negotiate out of your tenancy agreement. Talk to the landlord about why you want to leave the property. Unwinding a tenancy agreement. Landlord is in breach of contract.
Is a lease valid if the dates are wrong?
If you and the landlord verbally agreed to a date, but the date on the lease is wrong, and you signed the lease, you are bound by the date signed. In this case if the date on the lease is wrong it has no actual effect since it's not material. If dates are specific then it still depends.
Is a contract void if the date is wrong?
A mere error in date that has no effect on the performance of the contract doesn't make it invalid.
