I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

the storage of files was a bit of a issue. every time i needed to look at the files i would need a code, a bit time consuming but otherwise a good product.

How do I put a lease on Zillow?
Simply log in to your Zillow Rental Manager account, enter the address for the property then select Leases. If you already have properties in your account, select the Leases tab for the property you want to create a lease for. From there, you'll be guided through the entire lease-creation process.
Can I post my rental on Zillow?
You can post a rental on Zillow through Zillow Rental Manager. Your listings will appear on Zillow, Trulia, Hotbeds and other top rental sites. If you are already logged in, the Zillow Rental Manager link will take you directly to the posting page. If you do not have an account yet, you can create one here.
Does it cost to post rental on Zillow?
We currently charge a weekly fee to list rental properties in select states. * For listings located in any of these states, you will be charged $9.99 per week per listing to list your property.
Is Zillow good for rentals?
Zillow, Redfin or Trulia are also good sources, however with recent changes about listing rights in the industry, not all listings are syndicated to those sites. Find Real Estate, Homes for Sale, Apartments & Houses for Rent is very accurate since, it pulls directly from the local MLS boards.
Is there a fee to list on Zillow?
It's free to list a home on Zillow for sale by owner (FBO) or with an agent. That said, it's important to remember that Zillow is, at its core, a massive real estate database, plain and simple. When you list FBO on Zillow, you're responsible for every aspect of the home selling process.
Why is my rental listing not showing up on Zillow?
If your listing has been sent to Zillow with an email address that is not associated with your profile, it may not appear under your 'My Listings' tab. We encourage you to search through Zillow and claim your listing if necessary. You can also manually claim those listings once you found them on Zillow.
