Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. Making the fillable PDF form available is the biggest asset and, with the signature and check-box feature the form is 100 percent complete and ready to print. This is a great product.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

Should I buy a house with a special warranty deed?
The best way to protect yourself as a buyer is to buy title insurance when you purchase the property. A special warranty deed provides the buyer with some guarantees about title, but it does not offer complete protection. However, these types of deeds can be acceptable if other protections are put in place.
What is the difference between a statutory warranty deed and a special warranty deed?
A statutory warranty deed is different from a warranty deed because it is a shorter form made available through your state's statutes, and it may not outright list the promise that the title is guaranteed to be clear. What does a special warranty deed do?
