A wonderful tool for small business Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it. It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form. The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial… I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

What do you like best? It gives me options and variations of a document that saves me time AND aggravation. What do you dislike? Nothing, really. It suits our needs. Maybe more variety of documents. What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
