Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

What is a proficiency diploma?
Simply put, a proficiency-based diploma is a graduation decision based on students demonstrating what they have learned. For more than a century, American high school students have earned credits for passing courses. When they accumulate enough credits, they receive a diploma.
Is the Case a diploma?
The California High School Proficiency Examination (CH SPE) is a testing program established by California law (Education Code Section 48412). If eligible to take the test, you can earn the legal equivalent of a high school diploma by passing the CH SPE.
Is the Case the same as a GED?
GED and CH SPE If the person passes the CH SPE, he receives a diploma that, by law, is to be considered the same as a regular diploma. It's an absolute fact that this is similar in concept to the better-known General Education Diploma (or GED). However, the two are not synonymous.
Do colleges accept Case?
If students have completed the course requirements for college admissions (and have the grades, SATs, experience etc.), most colleges and universities accept CH SPE in lieu of high school graduation — I know, because my son left high school after 11th grade and used the CH SPE option to enroll in UCLA.
What score do you need to pass the Case?
Scoring for this part of the test is scaled, and individuals can receive no less than 250 points and no more than 450 points. The minimum passing score is 350.
What is a standard diploma?
Standard diploma is the diploma granted to all students, including students with disabilities, who meet state standards and requirements. All students entering 9th grade during the 2014-15 school year and after must work toward a standard diploma. Standard Diploma Options for Students with Disabilities.
What do you need for a standard diploma?
To graduate with a Standard Diploma for students entering the ninth grade for the first time in 2018-2019 and beyond, a student must earn at least 22 standard units of credit and five verified units of credit. Students earn standard credits by successfully completing required and elective courses.
Can you go to college with a standard diploma?
Four years after high school, Advanced Studies diploma-earners were twice as likely to stay in college or earn a degree as Standard diploma-earners (83 percent vs. 46 percent). Students who earn the Advanced Studies diploma are more likely to enroll in college, stay in college, and earn a degree.
