Overall, it was good. Saying it is free is misleading. I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free". The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

Easy to use, unlike other fill and sign apps, it can tell the right size text. It can tell the what parts of the document requires the text. The variety of templates to use for common forms needed for most people. Also a generous 30 day trial A ++++

I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

Absolute timesaver Absolute timesaver and easy to use once you are in the form. It's an absolute timesaver when filling in repetitive forms or having to sign and email something for signature. Ease of moving around website is a little tricky sometimes

It also allows you to upload the documents you have in your Google Drive account, Dropbox and other tools I do not find you disadvantaged, because you are covering the need of users who can not afford desktop software, to edit a PDF document

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. The thing I like the most about this software is how easy it makes it for us to fill out forms, sign them and send them to other recipients. In my job, I have to be constantly filling out employment verifications and with this software, makes it extremely simple. The price at the beginning was a bit high for us but all the functionalities make the price worth because of all the actions it helps me to do in seconds rather to find it different software to complete the same task.
