See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
Its been a good experience so far. Although I have only used the service approximately 5 times it has been an efficient way to produce some general documents.

For several years I used this service as I ran an on-line business and felt that the ability to create pdf files, for ordering processes would be of a significant help.
I am now retired, but like the ability to modify medical health forms rather than filling them out by hand repeatedly.

Pretty easy to use but would like to have have help had to fig out a few things and so help menu or something would be great but it great for me business and plan to keep the service

I write reports for evaluations. Litigation has mandated that these reports be quite extensive. Handwriting them took hours. Scanning the forms into a pdf and allowing me to edit them is immeasurably helpful to maintaining my sanity.

much better than trying to fill out…
much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided. I found your Chapter 7 petition package to be unusable (all or most of the checkboxes use the same variable i.e., check one and you check them all.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

Contact Support
How do you start a professional email?
To start a formal email, write “Dear,” the recipient's first name, and a comma on the first line. If you don't know the name, use “Greetings” instead of “Dear.” Write “Mr.,” “Mrs.,” “Dr.,” or “Professor” and use the person's last name instead of their first name to be extremely formal.
How do you start an email positively?
Greet the recipient or recipients. Particularly if the message is directed toward customers, stakeholders or sponsors, use a formal greeting. Including a personal address sets a positive tone for the email. Write an introductory sentence describing why you are sending the message.
How do you start a professional email to a stranger?
If you're sending a cold email to a stranger you haven't met, you should open your email something like “Hello Hercules,” or “Hi Zeus,”. This is casual yet not too laid-back. If you don't know the contact's name, try “Greetings!” or “Hi there!”.
How do you start off a professional email?
1 Hi [Name], In all but the most formal settings, this email greeting is the clear winner. 2 Dear [Name], Although dear can come across as stuffy, it's appropriate for formal emails. 3 Greetings, 4 Hi there, 5 Helloes, or Hello [Name], 6 Hi everyone,
How do you introduce yourself in an email to someone you've never met?
2) Begin with a greeting If you are emailing someone you have never met before and your relationship with the recipient is therefore formal, introducing yourself and what you do is crucial. You could start the email like this: Dear Anna, I hope this email finds you well.
How do you start an email to a stranger?
If you're sending a cold email to a stranger you haven't met, you should open your email something like “Hello Hercules,” or “Hi Zeus,”. This is casual yet not too laid-back. If you don't know the contact's name, try “Greetings!” or “Hi there!”.
Do I need to introduce myself in an email?
Your email message should clearly state who you are, why you are writing, and what you're requesting from the reader. Use the first paragraph to introduce yourself, the second for your request, and the third to thank the reader for his or her consideration.
What do you say in an email to someone you haven't seen?
Email them with a clear subject line, like Reconnecting. Acknowledge that you haven't been in touch. Be friendly, and let them know why you're reestablishing contact now. Ask them for the favor, but give them an easy out and make sure you offer to reciprocate.
