Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. The program did not function as I anticipated, but after I played around with it, I realized it was still a useful tool. I am a Licensed Counselor and this is a great tool used to communicate and transmit sensitive information online. I highly recommend to others!

What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease

I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform

With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

Tons of great features to streamline and especially for working with client signatures. Just discovered the document password protection, which is *******. Customer service is very efficient thru the chat.

Free not so Free
Easy to use and alter forms to fit my needs. Was disappointed that it seemed to be free until you get to the end and you have to pay. Thankfully there was the option of the 30 day free trial.

PDF Filler is a great tool for me and my business. However, more fonts would be nice rather than the few that are available, around 10 or so. Also, if I can use art as a watermark instead of just script, that would be amazing. Otherwise, PDFFiller gets the job well done.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!
