I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Highly recommend to anyone who can use all the features. Added plus is that it's so easy to use. It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.
