Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. No need to subscribe to expensive Adobe editing software. Every time I show how this software works to friends and colleagues, they are amazed. I wish I had known about PDF Filler long time ago. So convenient and easy
I absolutely love how easy it is to pull a document and fill in information or sign and send back out. This is super simple for the constant paperwork I must complete.
It is difficult sometimes to get the size and format of wording to fit correctly.
