Highly recommend! This is an awesome site/resource for pros and newbies alike! Being new to all things graphic design related, I have utilized PDF filler several times to help with my projects *at no charge! Unfortunately, I lost my “real job” due to CoVid, so, at this time, I’m not in a position to pay the (very reasonable) annual fee to utilize all of the amazing benefits/features. BUT - as soon as I am able, I will happily do so. I was also really impressed with the Customer Service team. They are extremely professional, helpful and respond quickly. *side note: I almost never post recommendations (good or bad) but in this case, I felt the exception was well deserved.

How to Use the Input Nickname Permit Feature
The Input Nickname Permit feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily assign a nickname to a permit for easier identification and organization. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the pdfFiller website or app and log in to your account.

Upload the permit document that you want to assign a nickname to.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Edit' button to open it in the editor.

In the editor, locate the permit field that you want to assign a nickname to.

Click on the field to select it, and then click on the 'Properties' button in the toolbar.

In the 'Properties' panel that appears on the right side of the screen, scroll down to the 'Nickname' section.

Enter the desired nickname for the permit field in the 'Nickname' input box.

Click on the 'Save' button to apply the nickname to the permit field.

Repeat steps 4-8 for any other permit fields that you want to assign nicknames to.

Once you have assigned nicknames to all the desired permit fields, click on the 'Done' button to save your changes.
