It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

What do you like best?
I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company.

Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great customer service guys.

What does payment transmit mean?
Payment transmission means that a service provider such as a bank or payment institution transfers funds between the payer and the payee in the form of credit transfers, direct payments or other funds transfers to payment accounts.
What does transmitted mean in banking?
Transmitted — The check debit or credit request was processed successfully. Voided — The authorization was successfully deleted.
What means transmitted status?
Transmitted means that payment has been received. You can check the order status on your Foot Locker account.
What does bank processing mean?
Processing is a broad term that describes the multi-step process of transferring funds from a customer to a merchant whenever a debit or credit card is involved in a transaction.
What does payment not captured mean?
In that case, Return Magic will not be able to refund the transaction. The payment was not captured. When a payment is captured, the money from the customer's account is transferred to the merchant's account. The order was not shipped.
What does payment status authorized mean?
AuthorizeD. Usually, authorized is the first payment status for an order, it means that the financial institution validates the payment, and in the case of a credit card payment “reserves” the order amount for you and deducts this amount from your customer's spending limit. The amount is not actually transferred yet.
What does authorize payment mean?
An authorized transaction is a debit or credit card purchase for which the merchant has received approval from the bank that issued the customer's payment card. Authorized transactions are a component of the electronic payment process.
What does a transaction status of Authorized is required mean?
If you are using the travel card Revolut to make your payment, and you see the message “There was a problem processing your payment. A transaction status of AuthorizeD is required”, it means that while the pre-authorization for the payment was successful, the attempt to take your payment and order was not.
