At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

I like it but felt that my "free trial" was a bit of a scam. I spent hours on a document, learning your program but was unable to print it. I don't like being "forced" into purchasing a product.

I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

I have only used it to get the 1500 form used in billing. I like that you can save your info.
You can save your documents and print them. It is easy to use. I like the ability to fax and mail from the site.
I have not used it yet to develop a form. I hope to do so before the New Year. It is nice to be able to mail and fax from the site.

Successful Chat Support
Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

I used their 30 days free trial, of course totally forgot about it and was charged for a year subscription without any notice. But I have to say that they reverted the payment within minutes after my request. Honest and nice service!

If it were possible to drag and drop email addresses from my email to the pdf filler I believe it would be easier. I'm writing them down currently and then typing in the information.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. Putting Photos Inside Text or Graphics (Masking) Select a text or graphic layer to fill with an image. Click Fill with image on the tool palette & choose an image. Select Edit image fill on the Text Tools panel. Adjust the image behind your text or shapes, then click Done.
