What do you like best?
I have a Google Chrome Book and work with a lot of documents that don't format correctly in Google Docs. This was the perfect solution for me to be able to work with all my documents and not have to buy a new computer!

Create and save editable PDFs in one secure spot. Getting verified signatures with a time stamp is great.
What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.

I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. I can't say enough about PDFFiller! Complete professionalism, confidentiality, and customer oriented. Try **********************! You will not be disappointed!

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. PdfFiller is extremely easy to use and has helped me so much during this pandemic. It's extremely difficult to fill out hard copies due to social distacing regulations, but pdfFiller has made that possible.
