A bit difficult to navigate…
A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

It's too early to comment about my experience. I started using this software today. Whatever I work I did today . with the software was a satisfactory. I need to try many other features and train myself using this software, before I can comment about my overall satisfaction.

Filled My Document My Way
Appreciate the abilty to pull in my own form and add to it. I would like an option to duplicate my current sheet, making my document 2+ pages like the import (or add a document) button and without loosing my comments.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. How? Double-click the picture control on your form template. Click the Data tab. Under Binding, click Specify default picture, and then click Browse. In the Insert Picture dialog box, click the picture that you want.
