You should have highlighted that this is not free at the very beginning of the process. initially it says free trial, but when i complete the form & try to save or print or do anything can be done only post enrollment & paying. this is not fair & is misleading. It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

The buyer and seller reach an agreement about who selects and pays for title insurance. In some cases, the buyer selects the title company and pays for a lender's insurance policy. Sometimes the seller selects the title company and pays for an owner's title insurance policy.
The only way a Seller can mandate that purchaser use a particular title company is if the seller paid 100% of all title insurance and related title costs. HUD's RESP Division has stated on numerous occasions that unless the seller pays 100% of the title related costs then the seller has violated RESP.
Title companies generally act as the combined agent of the insurance company, the buyer, the seller, and any other parties related to a real estate transaction, such as mortgage lenders. The title company reviews title, issues insurance policies, facilitates closings, and files and records paperwork.
The buyer and seller reach an agreement about who selects and pays for title insurance. In some cases, the buyer selects the title company and pays for a lender's insurance policy. Sometimes the seller selects the title company and pays for an owner's title insurance policy.
A title company makes sure that the title to a piece of real estate is legitimate and then issues title insurance for that property. At the closing, a settlement agent from the title company will bring all the necessary documentation, explain it to the parties, collect closing costs and distribute monies.
In some cases, the buyer selects the title company and pays for a lender's insurance policy. Sometimes the seller selects the title company and pays for an owner's title insurance policy. Occasionally the buyer and seller decide on the title company and each pays for part of the policy.
RESP permits the lender to require closing at a particular title company. The accepted practice is for the buyer submitting an offer to purchase, or, more likely, the agent working with the buyer, selects a title company and includes the selection in the offer to purchase.
The title company that you choose can greatly influence the closing process. It can determine whether a property sale/purchase will be successful or not. If you are asking yourself whether you can use the seller's title company, the answer is YES.
Title field entries create the searchable name for submissions in your Submissions List. Typically, the Title field will be the first field you add to your form, where you will ask for information such as the submitter's name or the submission title.
A job title can describe the responsibilities of the position, the level of the job, or both. For example, job titles that include the terms executive, manager, director, chief, supervisor, etc. are typically used for management jobs.
A title is a document that shows legal ownership to a property or asset. A title can represent ownership of a real asset such as a car or an intangible property or assets such as a trademark.
Generally a name refers to a specific thing (distinctive name), and a title refers to a thing that fulfills a requirement or a role (descriptive name). There is some overlap in meaning, especially when used of books and songs.
The main difference between Title and Tittle is that the Title is a prefix or suffix added to someone's name in certain contexts and Tittle is a diacritical mark. A title is one or more words used before or after a person's name, in certain contexts.
These can be titles prefixing a person's name, e.g.: Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, MX, Sir, Dr, Lady or Lord, or titles or positions that can appear as a form of address without the person's name, as in Mr President, General, Captain, Father, Doctor or Earl.
