Easy to use. Haven't found a form it couldn't handle. I had an issue recently where it would not allow me to save a copy of the completed form as a PDF on my computer. Weird. Otherwise 5 stars

Once you get the hang of it and learn how to save without losing the entire document filled in its great, A word to each customer be sure to save each individual page or else you lose all your inputted information.

Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

Amazing product
Amazing product, absolutely wonderful people to work with as well. Amazing integrity as a company. Been billed 2 times by auto renewal when we didn't require the product and they credited within hours instead of using it as a gotcha to make $$ like most other companies.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

How can I tell if Office 365 is installed?
Right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features. Scroll through the list until you see one or more entries for Microsoft Office. You'll see your edition, such as Office 365 or Standard 2016, as well as your version (or build) number.
How do you check if another installation is in progress?
Reboot the computer and try installing again. If the error returns, attempt to find any applications currently installing and close them. If unable to find an application running updates, open Task Manager and navigate to the “Processes” tab. Select “Show processes from all users” if it is not already.
How long does Office 365 take to install?
The installation of MS Office 365! With my fast system under Windows 10 it was only 7 minutes and 47 seconds. In another, without SSD drive, it was 10 minutes and 37 seconds. Also, an acceptable installation time.
How do you check office is activated or not?
Open any Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Go to File > Account. The program's activation status is visible right under Product Information heading. If it says Product Activated, it means that you have a validly licensed copy of Microsoft Office.
What happens if Microsoft Office is not activated?
One of these happens if Microsoft Office is not activated or licensed: Constant Product Activation Failed messages. Error messages telling you your copy of Word, Excel, might be counterfeit. If you signed up through Office 365, your account is disabled 31-120 days after deactivation.
