Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

Excellent Tool for Editing PDF Files
We use PDFFiller frequently to edit PDF documents to send to clients or vendors. The online platform is very user friendly and has a wide variety of functionality. It does most of the things one would need to do, including adding text, erasing sections, checking boxes, and adding signatures.
I wish it was easy to merge PDF documents.

I have extremely low expectations for customer service but I was surprised about how fast and helpful pdf filler was. My issue was resolved within minutes!

SO EASY TO USE pdfFiller ROCKS!
I really like pdfFiller. It is super easy to use and 9 out of 10 times has every feature I need. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a quick edit of a document.

Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. AMAZING customer service if I ever need a PDF filler again I will most definitely be returning here. 10/10 across the board and will be recommending to my friends!!!!

What can I use as proof of ID?
List of acceptable documents: Household utility bill (e.g. gas, electric, water or fixed line telephone but not a mobile phone bill). It must be no more than three months old and show your name and current address.
How can I prove who I am without ID?
Without a valid photo ID, the office recommends three original documents, among them: census records, probation papers, voter registration and an employee ID. Once she had the Social Security card and birth certificate, then she could go to the Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV requires proof of residency.
How do you get an ID without ID?
Besides a birth certificate, you also need a state issued ID, like a driver's license or a passport. If you don't have a passport or a driver's license, you need to file the respective application forms. A birth certificate can make it easier to obtain both of these documents.
How do you show proof of identity?
Birth certificate. Social Security card. State-issued driver's license/ID card. Requirement to carry identification. REAL ID Act. Passport and passport card. Department of Defense Identification Card. Other identity documents.
What do I do if I lost all my identification?
Individuals should go to the nearest police station to report a lost driver's license, as well as a missing passport, non-driver's ID or other official identification. In some states, a police report allows someone to replace a stolen license or ID free of charge.
How can I get my Social Security card without ID?
Go to the DMV with a certified birth certificate and a current utility bill or bank statement in your name. Some states will accept a current picture school ID or voter registration card. All states will accept a valid US passport. You will need to apply for a state ID or driver's license.
