I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. PDF Filler is great
Love this idea and functionality. Easy to use, cheap ;) and great for filling out all those touchy PDFs.
I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with this software. I love it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool for PDF editing I have found so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.

I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness.

I have not found anything that I dislike about it.

I save time by not having to print and scan forms and also saves paper.
