I had a difficult time with it and it took a long time just to fill out passport forms for my wife and I. I just could not get the hang for it, but someone smarter than me and maybe younger, I am 72, will do much better with PDF filler.

Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them

Easy, and very convenient.
Saves me lots of time.
It's fast and easy, navigation of the site is easy, uploading and editing a document is easy, the SendToSign option is phenomenal!
As of right now I have not really come across any thing that I dislike. The site is pretty self explanatory.

4 stars for now, I will change it once I receive my refund but I am happy with my interaction with their chat support. His name is Ralph, very straightforward , no wasting of time unlike other customer supports I encountered in the past.

It was very easy to edit pdfs using this program. It has saved a lot of time effort to get this small change done on multiple documents.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Price is good and plenty of document options.
What do you dislike?
Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.
