Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Creating Fillable pdfs has never been easier PDFfiller is a software that any human resources analyst needs to learn how to use, it really sets you appart from other professionals. For me it has been the best way to automate several processes at work. I absolutely recommend it. PDFfiller is incredible, it has allowed me to create fillable pdf forms to submit them to new recruits in our company, and that way we have reduced a lot of paperwork since all of our personnel files are in digital format. Also when interviewing for a position we have been able to automate and rank our candidates via our fillable forms. I gotta admit it took me a while to fully master this software, I would love if it were a bit more streamlined, but after I got the hang of it this software really changed the way I work

Click within the HTML at the place where you want the bookmark. Insert into the code to create the bookmark. You can rename the bookmark by editing the name attribute. Click the place in the HTML where you would like to place a link to the bookmark.
In Chrome, click Bookmarks→Bookmark Manager. You should see a new tab with the bookmarks and folders listed. Select the Bookmarks Tab folder on the left. Click the Organize link, then Add Page in the drop-down. You should see two input fields. Paste the JavaScript code below into the second field.

Show the Bookmarks Toolbar by right-clicking on an empty section of the Tab Strip and checking Bookmarks Toolbar in the pop-up menu. Drag the bookmarklet from the page to your Bookmarks Toolbar. It should appear on the toolbar.

Select any text, picture, or any other place in the document where you want to insert a bookmark. Go to “Insert” and then click “Bookmark”. A new pop up window will appear, where you need to add a name of your bookmark. Add the name under “Bookmark name”, and then click “Add”.
