I was looking for this solution. I work from multiple locations and multiple computers and using other pdf softwares that only allowed me to use the software on a certain number of registered devices was not a good solution for me anymore. I would have given this 5 stars, but I am still learning to use it, and I wish it was faster. In all fairness, the the lags may have to do with the processor in the chromebook I am primarily using it on right now which may not be that fast. It was an inexpensive device so it is very possible that my device is the reason for the slow transitions and not the software.

The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

Directions for completing fillable forms were very clear, easy to follow, and concise. This is a great product for someone who is in need of fillable forms on a regular basis. Highly recommended.

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

I signed up for a trial and forgot that…
I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished.
What do you dislike?
Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems)

I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.

How long does a company need to keep invoices?
The IRS recommends keeping invoices that will help substantiate business income or deductions during the entire statute of limitations for when the tax records can be changed or reviewed. This is generally three to seven years, depending on the circumstances.
How long keep business documents?
Accountants typically will advise businesses to keep their bank account and credit statements for 7 years. However, if your monthly statements aren't serving any tax or other business purposes, you can consider shredding them after a year and keeping your detailed annual statements on hand for 7 years.
How long do you have to keep paper copies of invoices?
You must keep your invoices and business records for 6 years.
Do I need to keep paper copies of invoices?
The answer is YES! The good news is that for most types of sales and expenses, a scanned copy of the invoice or receipt is acceptable. You're allowed to keep your records on paper, digitally or as part of a software package. The main thing is that records are accurate, complete and readable.
How long should you keep important papers?
