The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

It's an awesome program. The only problem is that this form is used with all insurance companies and the top should be blank for that particular company to fill in their name.

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

What do you like best? I like the ability to electronically sign documents. What do you dislike? I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

USCG application form, cancellation. I used pdfFiller to downloand an complete an application. It was seamless, and worked as expected. More importantly, I realized I had little use for this app on a longterm basis.I cancelled (incompletely, it turns out) my trial subscription online.A month later I received notice that my 1 year subscription had been processed.Fortunately two of the technicians came to my assistance, on a Sunday, no less.They cancelled my subscription and confirmed the action with me.I was very impressed with their response, and commend the company for which they work!

It is important is has most of these feature to fulfuil the need of everyday official work.
