I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.

What do you like best? The ease of use. The site makes it easy to make the changes needed. What do you dislike? The recent changes to the interface. I'm struggling to find the buttons I always used. Due to mental illness I have severe limitations with sequencing, prioritizing, staying on track, paying attention to detail, and decreased information processing speed, just to name a few. I usually need more time to process instructions So when I first started playing/exploring this application I was really intimidated. I thought I was going to have to cancel the the trial, give up and cancel but to my surprise I'm starting to get the hang of things and I think I really like it. The capabilities of this application seam endless. I'm actually quite amazed I've never seen anything like it. Hopefully after watching a few webinars/training sessions I'll be able to learn even more. I'm excited and even more motivated because results I have exceeded my expectations.

On/off button labels are an Accessibility feature that adds a more visible 1 and 0 digit to the standard white/green toggles modes on iPhone and iPad switches. While older versions of iOS clearly labeled toggles with “on” and “off” to help describe their state, that feature went away in current versions.
First go to the custom label that u want to delete through 'add a contact' (the + sign on the top right and then to the custom label) and hold down the label for few seconds & swipe left the label that u want to delete. A delete button (Red) will appear. And simply delete the label.
