Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Since I could use PDF Filler that lets me fax , signed update all at once I made the deadline without leaving my home ... I sent this out to many of my friends we all need a choice to fax and complete forms ASAP

I had a problem with a pdf file freezing up on deadline and not being able to copy it when I was on deadline. I have to say, though, your online customer service was extremely helpful in solving my problem.

Great product...relatively easy to use
Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

i PURCHASED THE 3 MONTH TRIAL SO I COULD FILL OUT A FORM ONLINE AND SCAN IT TO MY INDENDED RECIPIENT. IT WAS SO EASY TO USE WITH PLENTY OF TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WANTING TO COMPLETE WORK LIKE THIS FROM HOME.

i have tried 3 other pdf software for converting and this is by far the easiest one to use and being able to upload/merge 5 docs at time speeds up the process ....amazing - very impressed
