I like it.. I just can't figure out if I can fill a docment and save it and go back and change it. I also don't like that it is challenging to get data squarely in the center of each square in form. Even if you try to do one square at time so you can manipulate, it connects them and then you can only use them as one field.

I am enjoying using the software and finding it helpful completing my VAT forms, I wish you could tab along though from column to column rather than use the space bar. It's a good piece of software though.

What do you like best?
I like the erase tool the best. I find PDF Filler to be much easier to use than Adobe.

The only thing I would change about PDF filler (or maybe I just haven't figured it out yet) - it doesn't seem to correct the leveling of the sheet if it was scanned in a little crooked.

PDF filler is making my job a lot easier with forms that I use constantly but that are in PDF format and not Word. No one can read my handwriting, so this tool makes everything I do look legible and professional.

I subscribed to a trial of this…
I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. They also have an excellent, and very efficient customer support team. I recommend PDFFiller to any individual or business in need of a solid pdf. editing solution.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

How do you deal with an Open title?
A title also can be left open temporarily if the buyer loses it before transferring ownership at the DMV. This situation can be fixed by the seller filing for a duplicate title and signing it over again, or with the buyer applying for a bonded title that can be used to transfer the ownership of the vehicle.
Is it illegal to have an open title?
Vehicles With Open Title Should Not Be Bought and Sold Title jumping is illegal. A person cannot lawfully sell a vehicle with an open title. Without registering the vehicle, the buyer is not the lawful owner. The previous seller remains the vehicle owner in the eyes of the law.

What does an Open title mean?
An open title is the result of the buyer neglecting to fill out the new owner's section to assume ownership of the vehicle. As a result, the car can be sold again without the buyer being recorded by the DMV as the owner.
What happens if a buyer does not sign the title?
Sometimes a private seller will sell his or her car, but the buyer won't ever register it. In many states, a seller is required to sign the back of the existing title along with the date, sale price, and exact odometer reading before handing it over to the buyer. The buyer would then take the title and register it.

Can you notarize an Open title?
A vehicle title can be notarized by the owner, without having to identify a buyer. Both the buyer and seller sign the title or confirm in person at the notary that they did sign the title. Only the signature of the seller must be notarized.
Do both parties have to be present to notarize a title?
You not need both parties to be physically present at the time of notarization, but you can only notarize for the person who is appearing before you. The other person can have their signature notarized at another time.
