I'd rather pay per document. I don't need the subscription and will likely cancel after this transaction. Consider offering a cheap per-page service in the future.

initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

Very useful app for editing documents!
It is very easy to use on a desktop or mobile device. It eliminates the need for printing & filling in documents by hand!
I have not experienced any features that could use improving while using pdf filler.

Great program
Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

Excellent application but not sure if its worth $9 a month for an individual user working on domestic household forms. Definitely worth it if using for a small business.

So far this program is a game changer. I wish it was cheaper (a discount for teachers on a year subscription would be wonderful!) but I like what I am seeing so far ;)

How do you write a recording contract?

What is a recording agreement?
A recording contract (commonly called a record contract or record deal) is a legal agreement between a record label and a recording artist (or group), where the artist makes a record (or series of records) for the label to sell and promote.
How does a recording contract work?
Recording contract. Call it what you want, but it all equates to a legally binding agreement between the artist and label. Under the deal, a label generally pays for making, distributing and marketing the recordings. The label also agrees to pay you a set share of money from recording sales known as the royalty rate.
How long does a recording contract last?
Typically, the initial length of a recording contract is one year. This one year term is generally followed by several option periods, where the record label is free to renew your contract for additional time periods if they like the work you're producing.
How much does a record deal pay?
Per IFP, a record label will typically invest anywhere from $500,000 to $2,000,000 in a newly signed artist. That's a wide spread to be sure, and a large amount of money from the perspective of most. Here's the basic breakdown of how these funds are allocated: Advance: $50,000 to $350,000.
How much money does a record label take from an artist?
Record labels pay two royalties: one to artists, and another to composers & publishers. Artists can receive 10% 15% of suggested album retail minus packaging costs. Composers and publishers receive 30% or more.

Record labels are companies that market recorded music and corresponding videos. They engage in a wide range of functions in the music industry, including new artist recruitment and development (known as A&R, which stands for artist and repertoire), music publishing, and copyright enforcement.
How do labels make money from artists?
In the most basic sense, a label pays an artist an advance, works their album, gets a team behind the album, and tries to sell the album. In exchange, the artist gives up a percentage of their royalties for as long as the contract lasts, and gives up 100% of their royalties until the advance is recouped.
