It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. I was able to locate and complete 10 years worth of 1099-R's online quite easily. They looked very nice and the process was much better than trying to hand type them on a typewriter! Saving the forms in multiple formats will also come in handy in the future.

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.

Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.
