I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I love it but have trouble navigating some aspects.The printed version doesn't look as nice as the screen version. I love being able to complete paperwork online, filling it in and getting it sent back.

i love it but i have a few things i don't know how to do like if I download a pdf and want to make more space for a word i don't know how to do that. you cant just hit the space bar and move it.

Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work.
Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

The software was easy to download and use. It's does everything I need and more.

Good overall editing app
Multi function capability, I like the fact that it can enable you you edit your pdfs and then publish in various ways
Lot of the extra functions you have to pay extra for. Lot of the functions you may need you may have to pay extra for which is a turn off

Finally! A way for me to fill things out properly without printing!
I am very happy so far with this experience because not only does it allow me to fill out pdf's online and not waste paper and look unprofessional, it allows me to CREATE a pdf in the exact manner that I want it to look. I will use it for some of my professional documents on a regular basis!

Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.
