The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Apart from basic editing features like edit, redact, email, share, fax, print , they have awesome features like Send to Sign, Link to Fill which makes working with your documents very easy.

Sometimes I get error while printing the document. But it seems a temporary glitch.

What do you like best?
I have a Google Chrome Book and work with a lot of documents that don't format correctly in Google Docs. This was the perfect solution for me to be able to work with all my documents and not have to buy a new computer!

It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents

Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes

The site is good but just takes time to load pdf's, when i scroll it takes about 4 or 5 seconds to notice what i did.

Thank you so much for such good hospitality. Most companies would not offer a refund so easily for an automatic subscription and so fast as well. This shows such good ethics as a company. I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
