I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? good. It took awhile for me to figure out how to print it, but it thought I was on actual disability website and when found it was a fee I got discouraged because I felt it was misleading, but after I used it I felt better.

The site is a bit slow, and often will freeze during filling. Otherwise it is well worth the $72.00 I paid although it was supposed to be a free trial for 30 days.

Overall a great product
Overall very easy to use, tools are easy to manage and it's great at converting PDF to Word.
It is a little expensive but other than that, no issues.

Perfect for my needs!
I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great.
I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

Could be worse for this price
I was expecting that it will be worse because I have seen a lot of weird and bad reviews. Especially in their Google extension market. But it works not bad, actually. I can recommend it.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,
