Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!

PDFfiller is a great program and easy to use. When you need to sign a document and email...and don't want to have to print, sign, scan and email...this is the program for you. Works great for the real estate agent.

I like it but only need to fill in a few forms a year so it's not cost efficient for me. I would pay if the pricing were different. Instead I'll just unsubscribe.

I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

The site was a little bit slow
The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.

having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home. This makes it a breeze when trying to look for court documents that you need.

ITS GOOD BUT PRICE SHOULD BE MADE RESONABLE SO THAT MORE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD AND USE YOUR TOOLS. FOR PEOPLE IN INDIA IT IS STILL EXPENSIVE. IF YOU REDUCE YOUR PRICE, IT WILL BE AFFORDABLE TO MANY AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMER VOLUME IN INDIA THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. THIS WILL HELP YOU GENERATE MORE REVENUE.

The form was free, really free and didn't require me to pay to download my document as other sites do. It was easy to use with instructions provided. I loved the check mark option.

What are my rights if my name is on a deed?
Owners Appear on the Deed Under the law, all people listed on the property deed own the property. It doesn't matter what order they're listed in they're all owners. Conversely, if you're not on the deed, you don't own the property.
Can I be evicted if my name is on the deed?
If you are on the deed, you are an owner of the house. An owner cannot be evicted or removed from the house, even by another owner. Your right to use, occupy, live in, etc.
Can I be kicked out if I'm on the deed?
No. You cannot legally kick someone out who owns the property. You each have the right to possess it. If the property has equity, then perhaps you can pay him for half and get him to sign off on it.
How do you evict a co owner?
There is no cause of action that allows a co-owner to evict you. However, the co-owner can demand that you buy him or her out. If you cannot reach an agreement, then the co-owner can file a partition lawsuit and force the sale of the home. You should see an attorney to discuss now.
