SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Mobile and Remote Offices will LOVE this program
Love that I can send / receive faxes, sign documents, and accept payments ... It's a well put together process. Easy downloads and uploads, right at the tips of your fingers. Notifies you of faxes when received and easily downloadable to your device. Absolutely a 5 start program!

Can't Wait to Convert
So far I am just playing around with things to figure out how everything works. I've used pdfFiller as a signer before but never in any other capacity. I'm looking forward to being able to covert PDF's to Word documents.

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.

Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!

How do you cover text in a PDF?
Hide Text in PDF. Click on the “Protect” tab and select “Mark for Redaction”. Then go to the page where you want to hide text and select the text. You can also use the “Search & Redact” option to search for a particular word and hide it on all pages at once.
