I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. Not to mention I am saving money by not having to purchase any paper and more importantly I don't have to purchase any printer ink.

It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

By far, one of the best programs out there. You guys did a great job on this. I will certainly renew every year. Well worth every penny. There hasn't been one document where i was left unhappy with the outcome. Thank you again! JG Houston, TX

Some issues with editing documents
Some issues with editing documents. A specific example is that it can be hard to remove checks and X's from document, but overall one of the best document editors i have used.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
