Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

Pretty easy to use!
Pretty easy to use!Update: Been using this a while now, only down side is that when you blank off certain information, save the file and open it to check, for a very brief second all the old information flashes up.

Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

Easy to use!

How do you get an oversized load permit?
State Oversize/Overweight Load Permit Contacts To obtain State permits, you will need to contact the State(s) in which you wish to travel. See below for the State permitting website, or contact the State permitting office by telephone.
How much does an oversize load permit cost?
State Regulations and Over width Permits Fees range from as little as $15.00 to more than $70 for the same basic load, depending on the state. There may also be a fee of approximately $15.00 to process the application.
How much does an overweight permit cost?
A Class A over-dimensional permit is $15 Class A overweight permit is $75.
How do you price oversize loads?
In general, oversize load costs per mile start around $2.30. Costs can quickly go up though as the size of your load increases. Larger loads can cost well over $10 per mile. Make sure to get rates from multiple oversize cargo transportation companies to ensure you get the best rate.
What's the difference between oversize load and wide load?
Oversize covers everything from over height, over width, over weight, over length. Wide Load is just another name for the over width loads.
How long does it take to get an oversize permit?
In fact, during standard business hours you can get your fuel or trip permit in about an hour and your oversize/overweight permit in about three hours.
What is an overweight permit?

What is a permit load?
