Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

What do you like best?
The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.
What do you dislike?
The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.

This is a lifesaver
This program has made such a difference. We use it to edit our PDF documents online all the time. Great!
The learning curve was steep but we are now over it and everything is working fine. Just remember to save your docs frequently.

The form was free, really free and didn't require me to pay to download my document as other sites do. It was easy to use with instructions provided. I loved the check mark option.

How do I add money to Waterworks?
Electronic deposit. The easiest and fastest way is to make an electronic deposit to your HSA. Log into your Waterworks account for instructions. Check deposit. Log into your Waterworks account and go to the Help section.
Can I add money to my Waterworks card?
You use your Waterworks Commuter Card just like you use a debit card just swipe and go. The funds for “reloading” are the pre-tax (and sometimes additional post-tax) dollars you determine to be transferred from your paycheck into your Waterworks account.
Can I withdraw money from my Waterworks card?
Yes, you can withdraw funds from your HSA at any time. But please keep in mind that if you use your HSA funds for any reason other than to pay for a qualified medical expense, those funds will be taxed as ordinary income, and the IRS will impose a 20% penalty.
What Waterworks commuter card can be used for?
Your employees use the Waterworks Commuter Card like a preloaded debit card they just swipe and go. The card can be used to buy bus, light rail, regional rail, streetcar, van pool, trolley, subway, and ferry passes and to pay for parking.
Can I use my Waterworks card for gas?
You may use your Waterworks Commuter Transit Account to pay for commuting to and from work using public transportation. You may not use your account to pay for: Fuel, mileage, or other costs you incur in operating a vehicle. Payments to a fellow participant in a carpool or to a friend who drives you to work.
