Life made easy
If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

I was able to edit the pdf…
I was able to edit the pdf appropriately. When I converted to a word document, the places I had checkmarks in the pdf did not align properly in the word document, but that's really the only issue I had.

This was an inconvenience, but we have since upgraded our services.

I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "

LOCATE TICKET CLASSIFICATIONS. REGULAR TICKETS: These are standard tickets that can either be phoned or Fax-A-Locate and requiring 2 business day advanced notice prior to excavation. The 2 business days advanced notice does not include the day the request was made.
How long is a lobate ticket good for?
How long are my marks valid? Utility location marks are good while visible but only for 30 days. This means that as long as the marks are protected and not destroyed, you may dig for 30 days with your original marks.
How long are 811 tickets good for?
The marks are good for 30 days, assuming they are still readable and have not been destroyed, or you have maintained the marks, and they have not been changed. After 30 days you need to call and get an updated ticket. Simply call the 811 number and say you have a ticket number that you need to remarked.
Do locates expire?
Generally, a lobate expires after 30 days from the date the member or member's locate service provider complete the locate request. After 30 days, an excavator may request a Relocated of the original ticket.
