How do I get a PDF of my transcript?

How do I download my transcript?
Click the print icon on the top right to print it. Click the download icon on the top right to download it. To send a request to your school to upload your latest transcript, which will replace this one.
Is a PDF transcript official?
Much like a sealed transcript in an envelope, once you open the PDF it is no longer considered official. Therefore, do not send a PDF to yourself and then open the PDF and try to forward it on to a third party as an official copy.

An electronic transcript is considered OFFICIAL if the intended party is the direct email recipient. If emailed to the requestor, then forwarded, it is then considered UNOFFICIAL. An electronic transcript which is printed then re-scanned in an email is considered UNOFFICIAL.

You can access your unofficial transcript on the Course History page by selecting View Unofficial Transcript. Underreport type, select Unofficial Transcript and click Go. We recommend you either turn off your browser's pop-up blocker or allow pop-ups from Capella's site (campus.Capella.edu).
