I like the improvements to the program & the variety of options. I would like to see the "circle" option with a little more flexibility - right now it is very thick & not practical. I also could not adjust the position of text boxes that were misaligned without deleting and recreating them.

Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

PDF Filler is a great website for me to…
PDF Filler is a great website for me to use. It's simple and convenient since I don't need to fill everything by hand. The only issues I have are filling in the date because I'm required to manually select the day, month, and year. Another issue is the website automatically switching to the next page which is annoying because I want to check all the fill ins are correct. Lastly, the layout of the website is rather confusing because I had to spent a couple of minutes figuring out how to import documents and other stuff. That's why PDF Filler gets a 4 star rating because of these mild inconvenience.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

Do I need original i 797 to enter US?
The I-797 Approval Notice is Not a Travel Document: When the USCIS approves an H-1B, L-1 or any other nonimmigrant visa petition, it issues an I-797 Approval Notice. If you have an I-797 Approval Notice and you are outside the United States, then you will have to apply for a visa stamp prior to entering the country.

Can I work with I 797 approval notice?
Form I-797, Notice of Action This I-797 form is simply a receipt informing you that your application or petition has been approved. Note that this is just the receipt, not the official document. Therefore, you cannot use this to travel, get a job, etc.

If your application or petition was approved, but you lost the approval notice or never received the original notice of approval, you can request a duplicate (I-797). In order to receive a duplicate approval notice, you must file Form I-824 while the original application or petition is still in effect.
How do I get a copy of I 797?
Form I-824 is the application to receive a duplicate approval notice, Form I-797. If you have filed an immigrant petition or application that was approved, but you never received an Approval Notice or if the Approval Notice was lost, then you can file Form I-824 to receive a new one.
