I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

PDF Filler Signature function is great
PDF Filler is pretty good, the ability to edit pdf's is always good but I have found the Signature copy function particularly useful over the standard PDF tools.

I just was able to get the best service…
I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! This is the way to do business!! Thank you for making the refund process painless!

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
