PDFfiller works well and is intuitively easy to follow. I used it for my company's W-2 and 1099's. The forms could be easily found, filled and printed without any problems.

It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support. We had account and payment issues; and contacted via online help. We received prompt and frequent communication that helped us solve the issue within a few interactions (all over the weekend too!).

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

Have not been able to successfully append a document more than 5 pages. That process does not appear to be very user friendly to figure out. Would love some guidance on how to do specific things with this program now that I have purchased it for a year!

Great Customer Service
I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Customer service was quick to give me a refund for the mistake. The agent was amazing. Helped me right away, issued a refund. Wow! Best CS I have ever received. Thanks so much.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

How do I text my location?
Launch the Messages app.
Tap on the conversation in which you'd like to send your location.
Tap on the Information button in the upper right-hand corner.
Tap on Send My Current Location.
How do I send my location in a text?
Tap the plus button (+) on the left side of the message. From there, choose the last icon in the list. If this is your first time using the feature, you'll have to grant the location permission. It will immediately update your location, which could take a few seconds.
How do I send my location by text?
Tap Search.
Tap the three dots on Android or on iOS next to Favorite or address from your history.
Tap Send location. To send within the app simply select the contact(s) you would like to share the drive with and tap Send. To share your location as a text message, email or copy the link, tap More.
