The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

I like that I can fill in forms for all of my taxes, and they are saved permanently for future reference.

It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.

1 Answer. Select to add a password to “Restrict editing" and then select the restrictions you want to apply. Make sure that you save the file under a new filename after you apply these settings. This allows you to keep your unprotected file and send out the protected version.
What does lock document after signing mean?
The Lock document after signing option is useful if you're the last signer or the only one signer. This option allows locking the document from further editing or signing after your signature is placed.
How do I edit a PDF after signing?
If you are the owner of the digital certificate used to sign the document and the document wasn't locked when signed, you can open the Signatures' pane at the left and right-click on the signature to clear it. After that, if the PDF document is a form, you can clear or edit its fields.
