The learning curve is fairly easy and short. Still learning features as I go. I use the program every two weeks and generate four documents each time. I've been able to look up every document that I have needed and able to open and edit and print. There are occasions that he document will cut off part of the header or will not allign the text correctly. However, that's about 3% (or less) of the time.

What do you like best? Easy to use and updates my pdfs in minutes. Great for filling out forms and digitally signing documents in a remote working environment. What do you dislike? While there are tools to keep text boxes aligned, it could be a bit stronger when filling out forms. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? PdfFiller is a great tools for remote working. It solves issues with filling out forms, signed documents and much more when an employee does not have access to a printer or scanner.

pdfFiller is great so far pdfFiller is great so far, but I would like a bit more comprehensive editing tools. For example better alignment options for fields, even spacing, more flexible sizing options, and maybe support for tables. Also, right-alignment of fields works on-screen, but always prints left-aligned. Other than that, the ease of use and clean interface are a pleasure to use.

What do you like best? Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction. What do you dislike? Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. What do you like best? No more filling in forms with my handwriting. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I have found it be very helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and affordable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.
