Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

I had a problem with a pdf file freezing up on deadline and not being able to copy it when I was on deadline. I have to say, though, your online customer service was extremely helpful in solving my problem.

It made filling out forms extremely easy and PDFfiller takes cakes care of faxing and emailing the documents. Well worth the price to avoid the stress!

So Far, I have enjoyed using the software and it's ease of use. It accomplished the initial task I required, however, was disapponted when full functionality offered failed. Namely the USPS mailing feature. This caused personal business delay of service. I am interested in the use of this application for my business. Digital forms like a product trial agreement and installment payment agreement with customers is a secondary spin off that may be valuable to me. Storing signatures and document sharing is a plus. I like it's integration with Google Drive and others. I will recommend to others but st this point as a trial only.

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Have not been able to successfully append a document more than 5 pages. That process does not appear to be very user friendly to figure out. Would love some guidance on how to do specific things with this program now that I have purchased it for a year!

So Far, so good! I have only used it a few times, but I LOVE the fact that I can fax items. I would like to learn more as I am sure that there are a ton of things that I can do that I dont even know about!

It is difficult to find the exact years…
It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.
