My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. you have forms that are not updated. however, for a particular project- i had to recreate forms filed in 2010. you were the ONLY place, company, resource that had these non-updated forms!! yay!!

I didn't know that PDFfiller would charge me a few after a lengthy form that I had to fill, I paid the fee and left a comment about the experience. I promptly heard back from a representative who made things right without me asking for anything. Customer service at its best!

Not sure yet why the W2 would not send to IRS. the button was not lit up after I completed all of my information into the W2 forms. I doubt that I will be able to afford your product due to it billing annually. Also, the price is too high for my budget. -EPOC Bookings

I find the ease of use of the website decreased with the updated version. Not impossible, but less ease of use. Nothing too bad.

I use pdfiller in all aspects of my job where non-fillable documents are not available. From Business Management to Human Resources.
