What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use. Makes your docs look professional and neat. Easy to manipulate a doc that is incorrect.

I fill out every form on PDFfiler. It's automatic to me. In addition, when I am unable to edit a Word doc or other pdf, I know I can upload it to PDFfiler and get the job done right away.

PDFfiller Fills Needs My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal. It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss. Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

I reviewed this software for my company… I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

To remove page numbers, click in the footer, select the page number, then press delete on your keyboard. To print your spreadsheet, click Print at the bottom of the sidebar. If you want to exit the Print Setup screen without printing, click Done in the inspector.
Click Multilevel List in the Paragraph group, and then choose To define New Multilevel List. Select 1 in the Click level to modify list to choose the first level. From the Number style for this level dropdown, choose I, II, III, (Figure E).
To edit the headers or footers for the sheet, move the pointer over the top or bottom of the sheet until you see three fields, click a field, then enter the content. To make it easier to edit header and footer content, click the Zoom pop-up menu in the toolbar and choose a zoom level.
Click the table. In the Format sidebar, click the Table tab, then do any of the following: Add or delete headers and footers: Click the Headers & Footer pop-up menus in the sidebar and choose a number. To remove all headers or footers, set the number to zero.
To remove page numbers, click in the footer, select the page number, then press delete on your keyboard.
Move the pointer over the top or bottom of a page until you see the header or footer area, then click any of the three fields (you can use any combination of the fields). ... Type your text, or click the Insert Page Number pop-up menu and choose a numbering style.

Undo or redo actions Undo the last action: Choose Edit > Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard.
Select Insert > Page Number, and then choose the location and style you want. If you don't want a page number to appear on the first page, select Different First Page. If you want numbering to start with 1 on the second page, go to Page Number > Format Page Numbers, and set Start at to 0.
