I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. wasn't aware i was paying for it until i saw the charge on my bank statement. that should have been clearer. will know more about how much i like it when i print the documents i have entered. i also would like a tech support number as i am very bad with computers.

Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

It's alright
I used it to complete a PDF, the only one that let me do it.
I could complete a PDF I needed but that was for a game of Dungeons and Dragons that was done online as recreation with fellow students.
I just tried the free trial and those things were kind of lacking but that's to be expected, nothing else though.

Adapting from working home, I needed to make forms fillable to get signatures and this service was exactly what I needed!
Even after I forgot to cancel my subscription after the free trial, their customer support was auper responsive and able to refund the autopayment.
