More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.

How to Merge and Delete Pages from PDF with pdfFiller
Merging and deleting pages from a PDF document can be easily done using the Merge and Delete Pages feature in pdfFiller. Follow these simple steps to accomplish this task:

Access the pdfFiller website or open the pdfFiller app on your device.

Sign in to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free.

Upload the PDF document you want to work with. You can either drag and drop the file into the designated area or use the 'Choose File' button to browse your device's storage.

Once the PDF is uploaded, click on the 'Merge & Delete Pages' option in the toolbar at the top of the page.

The Merge and Delete Pages tool will open, displaying a preview of your PDF document.

To merge pages, select the pages you want to merge by clicking on them. You can select multiple pages by holding down the Ctrl key (or Command key on Mac) while clicking.

How do I delete a PDF that won't delete?
In Windows Explorer, turn off the Preview Pane. (Alt+P, or click”Preview Pane” in the Windows Explorer toolbar.)
If that doesn't work, use SHIFT+DELETE to permanently delete the file. (Caution: You won't be able to undelete).
Why can't I delete pages from PDF?
Here is another thing to check. Go to Edit-Preferences and in the Documents section see if PDF/A View Mode is set to Always. Change it to Never, then try to delete pages.
