Product is really good, but customer service is great. I had an issues with printing after spending a couple of hours editing a documents and quickly became frustrated. I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours with a solid solution that worked.

Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

Easy alignment within the document. Adding text box entries is very simple.

The process to delete a page within document has changed and I feel as if it takes longer.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly. time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures! Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time. It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

I spoke with Nathan who was very…kind I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in... I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients.
