I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. I noted this in my comments when rating the app. To my surprise and complete satisfaction the service team provided me a credit. They went over and above in addressing my frustration. PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.

I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.

Cost effective and top class customer support,
integrating pdfFiller has been a breeze, my team use it everyday to send out dozens of branded quote documents and it's never failed us.
The main driver for us in this decision was the ability to use our own branded PDFs. The second was the ability of pdfFiller's system to integrate with Salesforce via Zapier.
I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like. It does exactly what it needs to do.

It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

How do I convert a PDF to Word or Excel?
Click Export PDF in the Tools pane. Then choose a file format, such as Microsoft Word, Spreadsheet, or Microsoft PowerPoint. You can also save as Rich Text Format (RTF), plain text, image formats, HTML web page, and other file formats. Use the format radio buttons to select the desired file type, and click Export.
